Life in the Office

Outside of project work, product maintenance, and customer collaboration, Railinc team members spent 2024:

  • Supporting the community through several donation events with the NC Food Bank to support communities in the Triangle and Western North Carolina, totaling more than 250,000 meals provided to those in need.
  • Joining 40+ wellness-centric events, including Railinc’s annual 5K race, financial and nutritional wellness seminars, a wellness fair, and company-wide fitness challenges throughout the year.
  • Stepping up and taking part in a critical blood donation drive when the American Red Cross was experiencing a shortfall after the devastation of Hurricane Helene.
  • Building rail industry, technology, and interpersonal knowledge and skills through in-person training classes and external employee development opportunities.
  • Participating in a Halloween-themed desk decorating contest and bringing in their families for office trick-or-treat.
  • Enjoying downtime with their co-workers at Railinc’s summer event and the annual holiday party.
