Railinc Remains Firmly Rooted in Cary, NC – In a New Space
For the first time in over 25 years, Railinc is headquartered in a newer, larger office space in Cary, North Carolina.
In early 2025 Railinc packed up and moved just a bit farther down Weston Parkway, where the building overlooks Lake Crabtree and provides even closer access to local greenways. The building also has more conference rooms, offices, and collaborative space for teams to interact with each other. It even has an onsite café and two fitness centers for all employees to enjoy.
The move reaffirmed Railinc's commitment to the Triangle and its deep pool of tech talent. Nearly all Railinc employees – 94 percent – live within the greater Triangle area.
Supporting Employee Health and Well-Being
Railinc's award-winning wellness program, with over 90% employee participation, has helped the company better manage its health care costs in recent years while continuing to keep insurance premiums low for employees.
Our dedication to employee health and well-being continued in 2025 with two onsite 5K races, a free flu shot clinic, employee-led sports and recreation team activities, and much more. And for the eighth consecutive year, Railinc was recognized as one of the Healthiest Employers in North Carolina.
Partnering with Local Food Bank
At Railinc, we are committed to making our community a strong and vibrant place to live and work. As part of a long-standing partnership with the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina, we have helped provide more than 3.5 million meals for those in need in the past 10 years.
Throughout 2025, Railinc employees continued to support the Food Bank's mission of ensuring no one goes hungry. Several teams visited the Food Bank to sort and pack food, while a summer company-wide donation drive brought in nearly 500 pounds of food in just two weeks.
