Railinc Corp. announced today that Kathleen Brandt, president of CSX Technology, was recently elected to Railinc’s board of directors.
“We are very pleased to have someone of Kathleen’s caliber join the Railinc board,” said Allen West, Railinc president and CEO. “Her experience leading technology initiatives across CSX will be an invaluable asset as the board works to enhance Railinc’s ability to serve the freight rail industry.”
“Our industry relies on Railinc’s software and services,” Brandt said. “I am excited about the opportunity to provide guidance to a company that is such an important part of freight rail operations.”
Brandt’s career at CSX spans 27 years and has included key leadership positions in operations and technology. She earned a bachelor’s in computer information systems and a master’s in business administration from Jacksonville University.
