Railinc continues to operate at full capacity to support our customers and the industry. The physical office building where Railinc is located has been closed to employees and the public until further notice and Railinc employees are now working remotely. This change will not impact customers, support for industry products or our progress on industry projects. The Railinc Customer Success Center (CSC) is open and available and all products are online and fully functional. We are continuing to monitor the spread and impact of the virus and will make further adjustments to keep our employees safe and healthy while maintaining critical support for the industry.
