Railinc Director of Business Solutions Ward Proctor has been recognized as a 2021 Pro to Know by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine. This award recognizes outstanding executives whose accomplishments offer a roadmap for other leaders looking to leverage supply chain for competitive advantage.

Proctor has more than 10 years of experience in logistics technology and innovation and has proven to be instrumental in developing initiatives that drive higher performance business solutions. He works with a wide range of shippers, logistics service providers, rail equipment owners and lessors, carriers and transportation management software and visibility providers.
Proctor joined Railinc in 2009 working in support and was promoted shortly after to business analyst, then to business solutions manager in 2012. He has held his current title since May 2020.
Proctor earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
