Welcome to the new Railinc.com website!
Railinc customers have provided us valuable feedback about the Railinc website. We have listened and now we’re taking action. Starting today, you will find a Railinc.com that is more user-friendly, easier to search and better organized.
The new website, which is still located at www.railinc.com, is optimized for easy navigation and has been developed for a streamlined user experience. Several new features customers can look forward to include:
- New Menu Tabs: To help better organize information, two new menu tabs have been added — “Support” and “Resources.”
- Enhanced Search Functionality: Customers will now have the ability to search using keywords on the “Products & Services” and “Resources” pages, as well as search the full website using the new search bar embedded in the menu bar.
- Updated Home Page: Railinc’s improved landing page will now include direct links to the full product catalog, railroad reference material and CSC contact information.
- Modern Look and Feel: Railinc.com will have a fresh new look that is modern, sleek and well-organized.
- Single Sign-On: Users will be able to use their current Single Sign-On username and password with the website and will log in by clicking the “Customer Login” link at the top right of the menu bar.
